- the shareholders
- full name (no initials) of shareholder(s)
- address for service of notices on shareholder(s)
- number of shares to be allotted to each shareholder
- the issue price of each share allotted
- if the shares are not allotted as fully paid, the amount to which they are paid
- the class of each share allotted eg ordinary
