  • the shareholders

    • full name (no initials) of shareholder(s)
    • address for service of notices on shareholder(s)
    • number of shares to be allotted to each shareholder
    • the issue price of each share allotted
    • if the shares are not allotted as fully paid, the amount to which they are paid
    • the class of each share allotted eg ordinary
