Increase in ASIC Fees
The Federal Government has made Regulations amending the fees payable under the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 and the Corporations (Review Fees Act) 2003.
What does this mean to you?
The regulations now provide for the fees charged by ASIC to be increased in line with annual increases in the consumer price index.
Any fee increase will commence from the beginning of each following financial year.
New Fees from 1 July 2010
We set out below some of the fee increases for commonly lodged documents.
